Welcome to Aadhyaatmik. By accessing and using our website (aadhyaatmik.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they ensure a smooth and trustworthy relationship between you and us.

1. General

By placing an order on aadhyaatmik.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in finish or design, which adds to their uniqueness.
Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of payment issues, incorrect details, or stock unavailability.
Payments are securely processed via trusted payment gateways. We never store your card or bank details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Aadhyaatmik will not be liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect item delivered
- Has a manufacturing defect
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the product.
For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Warranty

All Aadhyaatmik jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty covering:
- Gold plating fading
- Breakage
- Tarnishing or discoloration
- Manufacturing defects
Warranty is valid only with the original certificate & packaging provided.

6. Jewelry Care

Each package includes a Jewelry Care Guide to help maintain shine and longevity.
Warranty and returns are not applicable if the jewelry is damaged due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or improper care.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, product images, descriptions, and brand name Aadhyaatmik — is the intellectual property of Aadhyaatmik.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aadhyaatmik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or website.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
