Aadhyaatmik Refund & Return Policy

At Aadhyaatmik, we want every customer to feel blessed and satisfied with their purchase. If your jewelry ever reaches you damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, we promise to resolve it with care and devotion.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a manufacturing defect
An unboxing video is required as proof for all return/exchange requests.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or worn jewelry
Items without original packaging, certificates, or warranty card
Products damaged due to customer handling

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and verify the returned item.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item, we will process it once we receive the returned product.
You may choose the same product (replacement) or select another jewelry piece of equal value.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery. Once the package returns to us, we’ll process your refund.

Important Notes

Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims (damaged, wrong item, or defect).
Refunds/exchanges will not be approved without valid proof.
We take full responsibility for any mistakes on our side and will always ensure a smooth resolution.
