Materials & Authenticity
Material, finish, stone and bead details are product-specific. Gold-plated or gold-tone jewellery is not solid gold. Where a product is described as lab-tested or certified, contact support for the applicable report and its scope. Material testing and temple energization are different: a ritual blessing is not a laboratory or government certification.
Spiritual associations describe cultural traditions and personal symbolism. They do not guarantee health, financial or other outcomes.
Product-specific measurements, composition, finish and inclusions are described on the listing. Temple energization refers to a spiritual practice, not a scientific guarantee. Jewellery and stones do not replace medical treatment or professional advice.
If a listing appears unclear or inconsistent, contact support before purchase. These statements do not remove our responsibility for accurate descriptions or your rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer rights. Updates do not retrospectively reduce commitments applicable to an existing order.
