1. Warranty Coverage

Your jewelry is protected against:

  • Fading or dullness of gold plating

  • Breakage due to manufacturing defect

  • Tarnishing or discoloration not caused by misuse

  • Loose fittings or defects in stones/beads

  • Any genuine manufacturing fault

2. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Damage due to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals

  • Mishandling, scratches, or accidental breakage caused by the customer

  • Regular wear-and-tear due to daily usage

  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • To claim warranty, you must provide an unboxing video or a clear proof of damage/defect.

  • Contact our support team with your order ID, photos, and proof of issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup or guide you for a return.

  • Depending on the issue, we will either repair, replace, or provide store credit/refund.

4. Jewelry Care Reminder

To ensure long life of your jewelry:

  • Store in the provided jewelry box when not in use.

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
