Aadhyaatmik Influencer Collaboration Policy 

This policy applies to all influencer partnerships with us — whether barter, paid, or hybrid. Please read carefully before participating in a collaboration.

 

1) Scope of Collaboration

The Company will provide product(s) directly to the Influencer.

Product selection will be decided by the Company based on current campaigns and availability (typically one of our bestselling products).

Note: We may not be able to offer product choice requests in collaborations.

Influencers agree to create content as per the Company’s creative direction, including but not limited to:

  1. Instagram Reels / YouTube video
  2. Instagram Stories
  3. Other formats mutually agreed upon

All content must be delivered and/or published within 7 days of receiving the product(s), unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

 

2) Collaboration Models & Compensation

Our collaborations may fall into one of the following categories:

A) Barter Collaboration

  • Products are provided free of charge in exchange for agreed deliverables.
  • If deliverables are not completed within the agreed timeline (including the 10-day window), the Company may request:
  • Return of unused product(s), or
  • Payment of the product’s market value to the Company.
  • (If there’s a genuine delay, inform us in advance—timelines can be adjusted only with written confirmation.)

3) Content Rights & Brand Usage

The Influencer retains ownership of their content.

 

By participating in the collaboration, the Influencer grants the Company a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, edit (minor), reproduce, and share the content across the Company’s marketing and communication channels, including:

  • social media pages
  • website and product pages
  • email/WhatsApp marketing
  • brand promotions and digital marketing placements
  • offline creatives (catalogs, posters, store banners, etc.)

Creators may repost the content on their own platforms with proper credit/tagging of the brand.

We celebrate your creativity and will keep your unique style intact even when we repurpose content (typical edits include cropping, subtitles, resizing, and formatting).

4) Creator Guidelines

  • To ensure quality and consistency:
  • Content must be original, authentic, and aligned with our brand values.
  • Influencers must follow all relevant platform rules and advertising guidelines.
  • Drafts should be shared with the Company before publishing for approval (unless agreed otherwise).
  • Use of fake followers, bots, or paid engagement is strictly prohibited.

5) Confidentiality & Exclusivity

  • Campaign details, product launches, pricing terms (if any), and internal communications must be kept confidential.
  • During an active campaign, influencers are expected not to collaborate with direct competitors in the same product category for up to 3 months from the collaboration start date, unless approved by the Company in writing.

6) Non-Performance & Termination

  • If an influencer fails to deliver agreed content, the Company reserves the right to: Withhold or recover payments (if applicable)
  • Request return of product(s) or product value
  • Terminate ongoing collaborations and deny future eligibility
  • Proof of non-performance (e.g., timelines, screenshots, correspondence) may be used to enforce this policy.

  • For Paid Collaboration

    • Compensation will be communicated in writing before the collaboration begins.
    • Payment will be made after content approval and successful posting (as per agreed deliverables).
    • If timelines or deliverables are not met, the Company may withhold payment, request refunds of any advance, and/or apply penalties as agreed in writing.

7) Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed amicably through communication between both parties.
  • If unresolved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is based.

8) Agreement & Acceptance

By applying for, accepting, or participating in a collaboration with Aadhyaatmik, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this policy
  • You agree to follow the guidelines, timelines, and terms mentioned above
  • You acknowledge that failure to comply may affect your eligibility for future collaborations
